Weekly Note 04
Hello November!
I end up not joining Inktober this year. Completely forgot about it, and since I'm not so active on Instagram anymore, I didn't realize til the 5th. I was going to catch up, but currently, drawing is not one of my main interest anymore, and I thought there are other things that are more important than joining Inktober. Oh well, maybe next year.
Today I finally finished reading Empire of the Damned by Jay Kristoff. What ~ a ~ book! Another 5/5 from me. Looking forward to the next, and the last book, Empire of the Dawn.
Finally, I finished Sleeping Dogs as well. Enjoyed playing it. Enjoyed the story, and I'm glad I decided to finish it. One more game backlog done. No need to platinum. I just want to see it from start to finish. Next game I'll play is a big one, the Witcher III. Partly because I enjoyed the Empire of the Vampire world so much, and I figured Witcher III is the closest thing to it. Instead of Gabriel de Leon, we'll be playing as Geralt de Leon *wink
Interesting link this week:
- Stop playing games efficiently. Lately I realize I don't have to keep buying new games. Plenty of great games already in my Steam library. I'll experiment with playing old games blind. No min-max-ing. Not looking for "10 things I wish I knew before I played xxx" video guide, or "Best start to play xxx". Just. Play.
- 3D printed junk. 3D printing is a nice technology, but I wish people use it with better intentions than just making quick money. I wonder why there is yet a good, affordable filament recycling machine? Oh right, because it will reduce the profit.
See you next week. As always, I hope you'll have a great week!
